New Contest!

Design a middle block for the charter quilt.  There is a space 47" X 29 1/2" to be filled.  Scetch out your idea, color it in, and submit it at the guild meeting.

Membership is at 54 members.

Programs & Block-of-the-Month

At the July 2007 meeting, groups randomly picked months for programs and preparing the Block-of-the-Month.  When friendship groups draw again, they will be responsible for both the program and the block of the month.  This will allow the group to use their programs as a way to teach cutting, piecing, and squaring techniques for their block.  However, groups can do something else too.  The friendship group has great flexibility in deterining the block-of-the-month and the program for the month.
